A Sessionable pale ale, light copper in colour with a light-medium body, tropical zesty aromas, medium-low caramel sweetness and a clean crisp finish.

WE SAY

A West Coast style US IPA, named after the “Kissing Rock” trail at Arapuke Park MTB. 

Pours a deep gold colour, light-medium bodied and a light malt sweetness with a dry bitter grapefruit finish. Intense citrus and stone fruit and grapefruit marmalade aromas.

Mosaic, Citra, Idaho 7 & Centennial hops.​

WE SAY

 Pouring pale straw with haze and a rich fluffy white head.  The equal use of wheat and pilsner malt gives a rich, slightly grainy, bread dough flavour.

Complex aroma and flavours of citrus and spice from the use of a speciality wheat beer yeast, and the addition of toasted coriander seeds, lemon peel, and a light dry hop of Citra.  Finishes light, yet fluffy and slightly creamy.

WE SAY

Style changes year to year on a whim, the 2024 edition is a WCIPA featuring Waimea fresh (wet hops) harvested and flown up from Nelson on brew day.

A balanced bitter Classic Westcoast IPA.

Classic German lager. Pours pale straw with light malt character and a crisp dry slightly spicy finish.

Pours hazy and gold in colour. Medium body and balanced smooth finish.  Includes Malted Oats and Wheat. 

Tropical, passionfruit and citrus aromas and flavours. Mosaic, Riwaka and Southern Cross hops.​

WE SAY

A clean roasted aroma with hints of chocolate, coffee and caramel leads into a smooth dry finish.

Expect notes of raisins and hints of plums at the back of the palate. A crisp dry finish leads you to want that next sip to find all those flavours all over again.

WE SAY

Ah, Angry Birds… those crazy little critters with their slingshots. We considered using a slingshot to dry hop this beer, but the Health and Safety bird said no.
Pouring a light gold, this Bird is lean and clean, focusing on being old school style - aka classic - for a West Coast IPA

Named for the fact that Palmy is built on a Swamp, and this beauty is Juicy!

Pours hazy and a rich gold in colour.

A pillowy and full mouthfeel from Malted Oats and Wheat with a restrained bitterness.

Characters are juicy tropical, citrus and stone fruits from a shifting roster of NZ and US hops

Pours a dark amber brown with a copper hue, crisp, clear and clean.  Subtle and complex malt flavours and aromas of cola nut, dark fruit and caramel.

Balanced with a crisp bitterness and hints of orange and other citrus fruits from late hopping with Wakatu & Amarillo.
